year agoKnowledgeable staff. Good beer. Kolsch is great on a hot summer day. Bourbon barrel aged stout is also fantastic. Surprisingly good bourbon selection as well.

4 years agoCarolina Brewing Company, a.k.a. “CBC“, is one of the greatest hometown, friendly, nice-to-know-ya local craft breweries in Raleigh. You will not be disappointed by the beer and by the people that work here and by the patrons. Really great place! Highly recommended! Five stars.

2 years agoFirst time here. Super friendly bartender. My wife is a beer lover and I am a bourbon drinker, so I was pleasantly surprised at their great selection of bourbons! Will definitely be back.

year agoGood variety of beers. Had to try the chocolate cherry stout. Didn't really know what to expect but it was very good. Not overly cherry and very subtle. A dark beer I would put in the daily drinker category. Enough tap options to find one you like. Worth a stop if you are close.

5 years agoMy favorite brewery! The OG of breweries around here. Since 1995. Delicious beers, great staff, and great owners. Theta have a small inside bar, an awesome outdoor seating area, AND seating inside the brewery! Hop Roar is my favorite beer. Go see my friends and tell’em Paul, with the beard, sent you!
